I built the tool my friend couldn’t buy.
Cohva didn’t start as a startup. It started with a friend — an online physique coach with real clients and no software that could keep up.
It started with a coach
A close friend of mine runs an online physique coaching business. Watching how he actually worked — programming in one tool, macros in another, check-ins buried in DMs, progress photos scattered across a camera roll — made one thing obvious: the coaching was excellent, but the system around it was chaos.
We tried everything
Every platform he was paying for had the same two problems. They were built for big-box gyms and generic personal training — buried under class schedules, session booking, and habit trackers a physique coach never touches — so logging a single check-in meant clicking through five screens. Complicated, and somehow still generic.
And still missing what mattered
None of them tracked what physique coaching actually runs on: blood work over time, measurements mapped to the body, week-over-week photo comparison, full micronutrients, a real show countdown. He was exporting to spreadsheets just to see the data that should have been the whole point.
So I built it
Cohva is the tool he couldn't buy. I built it with a real coach in the room — opinionated on purpose: everything physique and bodybuilding coaching needs, and nothing it doesn't. Dense where it counts, quiet everywhere else. One login, one source of truth.
All-inclusive, on purpose
Every plan includes the entire platform. No add-ons, no per-message fees, no cut of your revenue. You pay for the number of clients you coach — nothing else. Pricing should reward you for growing, not punish you for it.
